Notice of respondent No.4 is dispensed with since no adverse orders are passed affecting the right and interest of respondent No.4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.4 filed a suit in O.S.No.1 of 2024 on the file of the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate Mobile Court, Rampachodavaram, against one Sri Guggilla Veerabhadram and two others, wherein a temporary injunction was granted on 04.04.2024. Thereafter, the petitioners filed an implead and vacate petitions.
