GP FOR REVENUE ::3:: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA IA No. 2 OF 2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO: 20004/2025 This Court made the following ORDER: This interlocutory application is filed by the petitioner herein seeking to extend the time for submitting the detailed explanation within a period of (08) weeks instead of four (04) weeks as directed in the operative portion in para-7 of the order in W.P.No.20004 of 2025 dated 31.07.2025, due to the reasons that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not well as such neither informed the Order of this Court nor served the copy of the Order. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and perused the material placed on record. 3. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and in view of no objection reported by learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, the operative portion at para-7 of the order in W.P.No.20004 of 2025 dated 31.07.2025 shall read as follows: ::4:: “7. Having regard to the submission made by both the learned counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to submit a detailed explanation along with the documents substantiating her claim over the subject property and also the extent of the subject property, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After such submission, respondent authorities concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter.” 4.
