While Petitioner may right in contending so, it has alternate and equally efficacious remedy of filing appeals against the impugned orders before the State Consumer Redressal Forum. An apprehension is sought to be expressed that if the impugned orders are allowed to stand, thousands of teachers would flock to the District Consumer Redressal Forum for seeking similar relief. 2) In my view, the State Consumer Redressal Forum is well equipped to pass appropriate interim orders if the impugned orders passed by the District Forum are found to be wholly without jurisdiction. In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate to relegate the Petitioner -Municipal Corporation to the alternate remedy before the State Forum. 3) Reserving the liberty to file proceedings before the State Forum, the Petitions are disposed of.
