2 as well as Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the State / respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :
“10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records of the case, from the respondent authorities. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to direct to the respondent no. 2 & 3 to initiate enquiry against the respondent no. 4 in the respect of the complaint made by the petitioner and if found respondent no. 4 committed guilty under the Law, then takes appropriate action within 03 months, is in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given. 3. The prayers which the petitioner has made only amount to the fact that he want that an FIR be registered against the private respondent No.4 against whom he has grievance.
But, the grievance of the petitioner can be very well redressed before the competent Court by filing an application under Section 156 (3) or 200 of the Cr.P.C. and controversy involved in the present matter has already been decided by the High Court of Allahabad in Misc. Bench No. 24492 of 2020 : Waseem Haider Vs. State of U.P. Through Principal Secretary, Home Others vide judgment and order dated 14.12.2020 as well as by
3 this Court in WPCR No.333 of 2020 (Akhilesh Agrawal v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) decided on 12.04.2023, dismissing the said petition, accordingly, the present petition is dismissed in terms of the said order with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before appropriate Forum.
