The present writ petition has been filed for following relief:- “For issuance of an appropriate Writ / Writs, Rule / Rules, Order / Orders, Direction / Directions or a writ in the nature of mandamus for a direction upon the Respondents and directing them to make payment of the admitted dues amounting Rs. 12,09,660/-(Rs. Twelve Lakh Nine Thousand Six hundred Sixty only) along with the interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the due date to the Petitioner on account of supply of Aalmari, Dari, Box, Raik, Table etc under the Pradhan Mantri Matri Bandna Yogana, in pursuant to the orders bearing Letter No. 405 (K) dated 29/03/2019 issued by the District Social Welfare Officer, Gumla, Respondent No. 6 and the same was received by the authorised person.” 2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent Nos. 5 & 6. Relevant paragraph of the counter affidavit dated 10.09.2025 is quoted hereinbelow:- “6. That in reply to the averments made in the Paragraph- 1 of the present writ petition, it is humbly stated and submitted that the is a prayer of the petitioner before the Hon'ble Court hence requires no comment from the answering respondents. Twelve lakhs Nine thousand six hundred sixty only) has been paid to the petitioner's account No.xxxxxxxx7333 vide payment Advice No. CO 32379113914 dated 27.03.2023.” 3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 4. Permission is accorded. 5.
