For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioners herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.4088 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on the 1st and 15th of every month between 10.00 A.M., and 01.00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required. Accordingly, the I.A.No.2 of 2025 is allowed.
