Sri.Vijaykumar B.Horatti., counsel for the petitioner, Sri.Praveen K.Uppar., AGA for respondent No.1 and Sri.Vijaykumar Balagerimath., counsel for respondents 3 to 5 have appeared in person. 2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs:

a) To issue a Writ of certiorari to quash the meeting notice dated 14.02.2025 fixed on 21.02.2025 issued by respondent No.5 vide Annexure-F. b) To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 5 and 6 to consider the representation vide Annexure-D.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing Prayer No.(a). The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.
As far as Prayer No.(b) is concerned, the petitioner is seeking a mandamus directing respondents 5 and 6 to consider the representation vide Annexure-D.
5. A perusal of Annexure-D reflects that there are as many as 15 signatories and the petitioner is one among them. The request sought in the representation is in the form of public
