1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is the owner of land bearing khasra No.166/1 admeasuring 1250 sq.ft. Situated at PH No.53,
2 RI Circle Kota, District Raipur, is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to record and upload the name of the petitioner in respect of subject land in OnLine Bhuiya App (OnLine Land Record).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that albeit the
order of mutation has already been passed by the Additional Tahsildar on 20-9-2022 (Annexure – P/1) in favour of the petitioner, but necessary steps are not being taken by the concerned authorities for recording the name of the petitioner in the OnLine Portal.

Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that owing to some technical difficulty name of the petitioner has not been uploaded in the OnLine Portal, however, necessary steps will be taken in this regard within the stipulated time period. At this juncture, he would submit that in respect of the subject land, name of one Parthiv Construction has also been entered, therefore, at the time of deciding the case of the petitioner, opportunity of hearing will also be afforded to said Parthiv Construction.
4. I have heard heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents.
5. In view of the submission made by both the parties, the writ petition is
disposed of with a direction to the SDO (Revenue) to take appropriate steps for uploading the name of the petitioner in the OnLine Bhuiya App (OnLine Land Record) and record the name of the petitioner, in the concerned record, bearing in mind the mutation order passed by the Additional Tahsildar, after following the due process of law and after hearing the petitioner as also Parthiv Construction, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
