The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned FIR dated 24.1.2025 registered as Case Crime No.15 of 2025, under Section 3/5A/8 of Cow Slaughter ( Prevention ) Act and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, at Police Station Ratanpuri, District Muzaffar Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. At the very out set, learned AGA for State raised an objection qua maintainability of the writ petition on the premise that with the concealment of facts as the petitioner is having criminal history of seven cases which is not explained while instituting the instant writ petition. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he has no knowledge about the previous criminal history of the petitioner. He further submits that he is not inclined to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
