Heard the learned counsel for the Government Pleader for the respondents. petitioner and the learned 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation/application of the petitioner dated respondent requesting to furnish the subject land in Survey Nos.386, 364, 365 320/B, 374/C, 393, 400/3C, 128/B3A, 128/B3B of Abburu Mandal, Painadu, Guntur District, the 4*^ even after receipt of 03.03.2025 to the 4**^ copies of adanals in respect of the 318, 321, 319, 320/C, 320/A, Village, Sattenapalli respondent neither considered the representation/application of the petitioner dated 03.03,2025 nor issued other proceedings. Hence the writ petition. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Revenue appearing for the respondents furnished 21.04.2025 issued by the 4"' respondent wherein it is stated that:- Pleader for written instructions dated In relation to that, the Superintendent and Deputy Tahsildar, Sattenapalli of Tahsildar Office, sattenapalli has prepared the available adangals in Tahsildar office record room and signed it on 12.03.2025. further, the senior assistant of tahsildar office, sattenapalli has contacted the present petitioner for receiving the prepared adangals, to that the present petitioner has attended Tahsildar office, Sattenapalli and expressed his unwillingness for receiving the prepared adangals and V stating that the fasil adangals which were he has sought were not presented and refused to receive the adangals. It is further submitted that the present petitioner has alleging that he has been making rounds to me, in this connection, it is submitted that, the present petitioner had never approached me regarding for issuance of copy of adangals and made false allegations against me”. He further submits that, based on the petitioner’s representation dated 5. 03.03.2025, the respondents considered the same and prepared the Adangals to redress the grievance of the petitioner. However, the petitioner neither attended the enquiry nor showed willingness to receive the Adangals prepared in respect of the subject property. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, and on perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered view 6. that, in view of the written instructions issued by the 4th respondent dated 21.04.2025, the petitioner is directed to approach the 4th respondent within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon the petitioner’s visit to the office, the 4th respondent shall hand over the Adangals, as stated in the written instructions dated 21.04.2025, with immediate effect. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 7.
