The learned Government Pleader would submit that the finding of the Full Bench is required on this aspect for proper adjudication of the issue involved in these appeals. We have perused the order, dated 09.07.2025 in W.P.No.7736 of 2021 and batch passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
