OMP No. 795 of 2026 By way of present application, a prayer has been made to release 50% of the amount, awarded to applicant/respondent No. 1, in his favour. In view of no objection made by learned vice counsel for the non-applicant, 50% of the amount, alongwith up-to-date interest, is ordered to be released, in favour of applicant/respondent No. 1. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the savings bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, have been mentioned in para-6 of the application. It is clarified that the release of the amount, as prayed for, shall be subject to final outcome of the present appeal. The application is, thus, disposed of.
