(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.21 of 2020, dated 18.05.2020, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Mussoorie, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. It is second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application has already been rejected on 27.06.2022. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
