OMP No. 803 of 2026 The instant application has been filed by the applicants/respondents No. 1 to 3 for release of amount of compensation. It is contended in the application that the applicants are in dire need of money, as they have not received the enhanced amount of compensation, as assessed by the authorities. It has further been contended that the applicants want to utilize the amount for their day to day need. Learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection in case the application is allowed. Consequently, in view of the averments as made in the application, which are duly supported by the affidavits and in view of submissions as made by learned counsel for the applicants, the present application is allowed and 50% of compensation amount along with upto date interest is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants in equal share each, by remitting the same in their saving bank accounts, details whereof are appended with the instant application.
