This criminal misc. bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 in respect of FIR No.95/2015 registered at Police Station C.P.S A.C.B. Jaipur, District A.C.B. Kota Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 13(1)(C)(D), 13(2) P.C. Act and Section 120-B IPC. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to FIR lodged in the year 2015 and after completing investigation from the petitioner, supplementary charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioner, hence, he is no longer required for custodial interrogation. 3. It is also submitted that co-accused Sandeep Gochar and Ramswaroop have been enlarged on bail vide order dated 31.03.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. [2025:RJ-JP:45560] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-14710/2025] Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.3011/2023 and 3193/2023. He further submits that petitioner is aging 73 years and has already retired from services. Therefore, a request for granting bail has been made. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed this bail application. 5. Considered the submissions made at Bar. 6. In view of above facts where co-accused have already been enlarged on bail and supplementary charge-sheet after completion of investigation has been filed against the petitioner also, looking to the age of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 7. Accordingly, this Bail Application is hereby allowed. The accused-petitioner Rampratap S/o Ramchandra shall be released on bail in pursuance of FIR No.95/2015 registered at Police Station C.P.S A.C.B. Jaipur, District A.C.B. Kota Rural on furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- along with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each. That apart, the accused-petitioner shall also follow the conditions as under:- (i) He shall not tamper with any evidence, nor would influence the witnesses in the case. (ii) He shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court.
