Heard Mr. Surfaraj Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Soumya Rai, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondent/ State and Mr. Arjit Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent No. 2. 2. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :- “It is, therefore, prayed that the Petition may kindly be allowed andthe FIR No. 278/2022 (Annexure P-1) and its consequences, registered by Police Station- Gol Bazaar Raipur, District- Raipur (C.G.), U/s. Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the INDIAN PENAL CODE, only in respect to the petitioner, may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.” 3 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the charges have been framed and charge sheet has been filed and the case is fixed for recording of evidence of the prosecution witness. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners therefore seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law as after due investigation, the charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court and the charges have been framed against the petitioners. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 6. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 7. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petitions, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioners/ State after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
