The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Karon P.S. Case No. 47/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Madhupur. 3. On 26.10.2024, the petitioners are alleged to have hacked the brother of the informant namely Ulin Hembram to death. 4. It was submitted that the occurrence had taken place on 26.10.2024, but the F.I.R. was registered on 01.11.2024. 5. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that the brother of the informant was under treatment and after his death, the present case was instituted. 6. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against both the petitioners for having committed murder of the deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail.
