By way of the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking direction towards the respondent authorities particularly, respondent no. 5 to correct the revenue record and mutate the name of the petitioners in the revenue record in compliance of the order dated 25.09.2017. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent No. 4 has passed the order with the direction to the respondent no. 5 for the mutation of the name of the petitioners vide order dated 25.09.2017, but the concerned Halka Patwari has not taken any action till date. Therefore, it is prayed that respondent no. 05 may be directed to mutate the name of the petitioners in the revenue record. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that they are ready to comply with the order passed by the Naib Tehsildar. 4. Since, the Naib Tehsildar vide order dated 25.09.2017 at para 40 has observed that from the perusal of the registered sale deed and the statements of the petitioners, it is apparent that the petitioners have purchased the land bearing Khasra No. 11/14, area 0.405 hectare through the registered sale deed dated 17.05.2017 for the sale consideration of Rs. 2.40 lakhs. In view of this, the concerned respondent has passed the order to mutate the name of the 3 petitioners in the revenue record. Therefore, respondent no. 05 is directed to comply with the order passed by the Naib Tehsildar. However, the concerned Halka Patwari i.e., respondent no. 05 has not complied the direction of the higher authoriities for correction and mutation of the name of the petitioners in the subject land. 5. Therefore, the concerned respondent authority is directed to mutate the name of the petitioners in the revenue record within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
