THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING: ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue writ of Certiorari to quash the show cause notices dated 08.01.2025 and 16.01.2025 issued by R3 produced vide Annexure-H8, H6 and H7 and the notification issued by R1 produced vide Annexure-J dated 12.02.2025. b. To issue Writ, direction or order directing the R3 & 4 to consider the representation given by petitioner No.1 vide Annexure-H9 dated 31.01.2024 and grant renewal to the petitioners institution/school, in co-ordination to the notification issued by R1 dated: 12.02.2025 produced vide Annexure-J. c. To issue any other writ, direction or order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4036 WP No. 101535 of 2025 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of the application filed by the petitioner for recognition of the School filed online. 3. Learned AGA on instructions submits that the rejection has been necessitated on account of the address of the School being shown to be different thereby indicating that the School has shifted, no permission has been taken before shifting. Therefore, the extension of recognition cannot be granted since the same would have to be considered to be a new school unless the permission for shifting was taken. 4. Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application for permission/sanction for shifting and regularization of the shifting of the School would be filed within 15 days form today. 5. If the same is so done, Petition is disposed directing respondent No.3 to consider the said application and - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4036 WP No. 101535 of 2025 pass necessary orders thereon and afterwards take up the application for grant of extension of recognition of the petitioner’s school. 6. It is made clear that while considering the above the authorities would have to take into consideration if the petitioner has complied with all applicable requirements. 7.
