The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 28.5.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 18514 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court, which is taken on record. On the basis of his instructions, the Standing Counsel states that the appeal referred in the order of this Court has been decided by order dated 6.5.2025. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied, the Court condones the absence of the opposite party in the Court even if no compliance affidavit has been filed. No further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record.
