The challenge in this petition is to an order passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jath, District Sangli, in a Final Decree proceeding No.2 of 2019, whereby the objections raised by the petitioner – Judgment Debtor to the execution of the decree have been rejected. The principal objection seems to be to the report of the commission appointed by the Court to partition the property. 3.
