Following order was passed in this matter on 28.07.2026:-
“Respondents have filed the reply, admitting the financial liability of Rs.4.55 Crores towards the petitioner for the work carried out by it.
In view of the fact that the amount payable to the petitioner has been quantified by the respondents in their reply, final opportunity of two weeks is granted to the respondents to discharge the admitted liability towards the petitioner, failing which the respondents shall remain present in the Court on the next date, when appropriate order shall be passed in the matter.
List on 20.08.2026.”

Pursuant to above order, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 20.08.2026 from the Executive Engineer, Bhawarna Division, HPPWD Bhawarna, inter alia, conveying as under:-
“Your kind attention is invited towards the subject cited matter which has been ordered to be listed on 20.08.2026. In this regard, it is intimated that the token for RTGS amounting to Rs.35769357/- (Gross amounting to Rs.45557782/- only less deduction amounting to Rs.9788425/-, i.e. Security 5510535/-, Income tax 911156/-, labour cess 455578/-, CGST 455578/-, SGST 455578/-, withheld penalty 2000000/- has been sent to Treasury Palampur vide Token No.25128579 dated 20/08/2026 in regard to subject cited above case please.”

RTGS/Advice for amount of Rs.3,57,69,357/- has also been appended alongwith the office instructions.
In view of the office instructions dated 20.08.2026, the present writ petition is disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. In case of any surviving grievances relating to the subject matter, the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
