He is pensioner and having pension bank account vide A/c No.20174174560,SBI, Thulluru Branch and crediting his monthly pension to said bank account. The learned AGP also fairly conceded before this Hon’ble Court that the pension account of the petitioner shall not be frozen as per taw and the investigation agency has non objection to defreeze the pension account No.20174174560, SBI Thulluru Branch.
