1. By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the Digitally signed by RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU
2 following reliefs:-
“10.1) This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and issue direction to the respondent authority to take appropriate action against respondent no. 4 and decide the application u/s 40 of panchayat raj adhiniyam which is filed on dated 14.05.2024 by the petitioner before the respondent no. 3. 10.3) Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order for seeking direction from this Court to direct the respondent authorities to decide the application under Section 40 of Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 filed by the petitioner on dated 14.05.2024 before the respondent no. 3 i.e., S.D.O (R), District Bemetara (C.G.)

Learned counsel for the State directed that this petition may be
disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide the application filed by the petitioner expeditiously.

Looking to the grievance laid by the petitioner and the submissions made by the respective parties, instead of keeping this petition pending, this Court directs the concerned S.D.O (R) i.e., respondent No. 3 to decide the application (Annexure P/01) filed by the petitioner under Section 40 of C.G. Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 filed by the petitioner on dated 14.05.2024 in accordance with
3 law, rules, regulations expeditiously as soon as possible after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the respondent No. 4.
