At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition. It is further submitted that a direction may be issued to learned Standing Counsel to provide copy of the instructions. 4. Learned Standing Counsel is directed to supply a copy of the instructions to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach competent forum of law.
