In pursuance of direction issued by this Court, contemnor/Mr. Ashwani Bhardwaj, District Education Officer, Janjgir-Champa is present in person before this Court and would submit that the order dated 24.07.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 1429/2021 has already been complied with and order dated 23.09.2025 has been issued in favour of the applicant granting him compassionate appointment. He has tendered unconditional apology for delay in compliance of the order passed by this Court. To substantiate his submission, he has submitted a copy of order dated 23.09.2025 by which compassionate appointment has been granted to the petitioner ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Date: 2025.09.25 11:00:22 +0530 subject to challenge legality and propriety of the order passed by the learned Single Judge before Division Bench or to take recourse available to him. 2. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the respondent that he has already complied with the order passed by this Court and also considering the unconditional apology tendered by him in delayed compliance of the order passed by this Court, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this stage, therefore, the Contempt proceeding initiated against the respondent is closed. 3.
