(Oral) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Contitution of India for directing official respondent nos. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 to 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 01.04.2025 (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner. Notice of motion. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Jastej Singh, DAG Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State and submits that representation is not received in the office of respondent No.2.
