Today, when the matter is taken up, petitioners herein/Accused Nos. 1 to 3 and the 2^^^ respondent herein are present before this Court. on 3 CRL.P. No.4489 OF 2025 They produced their respective Aadhar cards in proof of their identity. The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned respondent have identified the parties in the open nd counsel for 2 Court. 5. This Court has questioned 2 nd respondent herein/de facto complainant with regard to compromise, and she categorically stated to that extent that she has voluntarily entered into compromise with the petitioners herein/Accused Nos. 1 to 3. This Court is satisfied with the identification of the parties and voluntariness in arriving at the compromise. 6. Since the parties entered into settlement and compromise, the Criminal Petition is allowed and therefore, the proceedings in Crime No.42 of 2025 on the file of Gudivada I Town UPS Police Station, Gudivada Mandal, Krishna District, against the petitioners herein/ Accused Nos. 1 to 3 is hereby quashed. 7.
