The brief facts of the case are as follows:- An application has been filed by the revision petitioner before the trial Court in O.S.No.11 of 2017 to raise the attachment passed in I.A.No.7 of 2023, under Order 38 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the same has been allowed. Challenging the same, revision has been filed. 3. The suit has been originally filed by son-in-law against mother-in- law for recovery of certain amount. Now, it is stated by the learned counsel that the suit has been dismissed on merits.
