[2.0] Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has approached respondent No.2- Shankheshwar Police Station by way of written complaint dated 28.05.2025, but nothing has been done. [3.0] In view of the above, it appears that without availing appropriate remedy under the provisions of the CrPC / BNSS, the petitioner has directly approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution. However, respondent No.2- PSI, Shaknkheshwar Police Station is directed to look into the complaint of the petitioner and intimate its outcome to the petitioner. If any adverse outcome is there, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum. With the above direction, Petition is disposed of.
