Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be suffice if a 3. direction is given to respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 16.01.2025 requesting the respondent authorities not to revise the auction dated 04.11.2022 and also for non-modification of general two wheeler parking tarrif. y 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation dated 16.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the respondent authorities in accordance with law, within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by learned petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the facts and circumstances of the counsel for the respondents, in view of the case, without touching merits of the case, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed consider the representation dated of, directing the respondent authorities to 16.01.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, after within a period of three copy of this order. Till disposal of the said representation, the respondents are directed not to take providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a any coercive steps against the petitioner. 6.
