By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "(i) issue, writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.4 to pay the due honorarium since April, 2016 to March, 2017 within stipulate period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) issue, writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.4 to decide the representation dated 03.10.2024 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It transpires from the record that in regard to the above petitioner has already represented the matter before respondent no.4 on 03.10.2024, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure-14 to the petition. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued for decision upon the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.4 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in her representation dated 03.10.2024 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
