Haryana for the respondents. VIKAS BAHL, J.(ORAL) 1. In pursuance of the order dated 12.05.2025, Sh.Vivek Aggarwal, Director General, Elementary Education, Haryana has appeared in person. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions from Sh.Vivek Aggarwal, Director General, Elementary Education, Haryana, has submitted that the petitioners would be paid the revised pension in terms of the revision carried out in pursuance of the order dated 03.08.2023 from the date the stay was granted in the present case i.e., 21.02.2025 and the same would be done subject to the further orders passed Davinder Kumar 2025.05.21 17:24 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment COCP-1789-2025 2 in CWP-4971-2025. It is submitted that the arrears on the said account would be released within a period of three weeks from today. It is however submitted that the release of the said amount and the payment every month in pursuance of the order dated 03.08.2023 should not be construed as an estoppel against the respondents from opposing the writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that at this stage, the petitioners are satisfied by the statement made on behalf of the respondents and has prayed that the present petition be disposed of at this stage but liberty be granted to the petitioners to revive the same in case the abovesaid undertaking is not complied with by the respondents. 4.
