Heard Sri Madala Sai Teja, learned counsel representing Sri Madhava Rao Nalluri, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that Police registered a case in Crime No.144 of 2019 of Krosuru Police Station, Guntur District, for the offence under Sections 324, 323, 506 & 509 r/w 34 IPC basing on the report of the petitioner, pending the writ petition. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required in the matter. 4. The writ petition was filed alleging that police not registering the FIR, though petitioner presented a report to the police. 5. Now, the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would disclose that pending the writ petition, police registered F.I.R., basing on the report of the petitioner and investigating into the case. 4 6. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
