The writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the action of the respondents in insisting the petitioner to vacate the subject property an extent of Ac.3.61 cents comprising of Ac.2.00 cents covered by Sy.No.89901 and ac.1.61 cents in Sy.No.899-2 of Musunuru Village, Kavali Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, without considering the explanations submitted by the petitioner on 30.06.2025 and 21.11.2025, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The contention of the petitioner is that the respondents had granted a DKT patta under Katha No. 245789 of Musunuru Village, Kavali Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, pursuant to which the petitioner developed the said land. Surprisingly, the official respondents have issued notice under the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 and the petitioner submitted explanations 30.06.2025 and again on 21.11.2025. Despite receipt of the explanation of the petitioner, the authorities have not passed any final orders. Instead, the respondents are orally directing the petitioner to vacate the subject property without following due process of law. 3. Considering the submissions and since no orders have been passed under Section 4 of theAndhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the
-4- W.P. No.35943 of 2025 respondents to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner on 30.06.2025 and 21.11.2025. Till passing of the final order, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property. No costs. 4.
