JUSTICE S G PANDIT) The State by Home Department and others are before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, aggrieved by the order dated 21.02.2024, in Application No.11097/2023 on the file of Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Belagavi, by which the respondent’s application seeking quashing of impugned order dated 25/26.02.2020 (Annexure-A7) is allowed with a direction to appoint respondent No.1 as Police Constable (Civil). 2. Heard learned Government Advocate Sri G.K.Hiregoudar for the petitioners and learned counsel Sri Suresh S. Bhat for the respondent. Perused the entire writ petition papers. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6241-DB WP No. 100470 of 2025 3. It is submitted that the contentions raised in the present writ petition are considered by Co-ordinate Bench in Writ Petition No.102554/2022, disposed of on 05.09.2023. The Co-ordinate Bench after rejecting the contentions raised by the State authorities, dismissed the writ petition. No ground or reasons are made out to disagree with the finding recorded by the Co-ordinate Bench in the above decision. 4. By following the decision dated 05.09.2023 in W.P.No.102554/2022 (S-KAT), the present writ petition also stands rejected. 5.
