After arguing for length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach before the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. 4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for in favour of the petitioner.
