Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(a). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Ld. Judge, Small Causes Courts, Kanpur Nagar to decide the SCC Suit No. 22 of 2019 (Smt. Gauhar Fatima Vs. Mohammad Amir) expeditiously within stipulated time, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Ld. Judge, Small Causes Courts, Kanpur Nagar to decide aforesaid suit in accordance with law, if possible within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
