1. By way of filing the instant criminal miscellaneous petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing FIR No.42/2018 registered at Police Station-Chiksana, District-Bharatpur for offence under Section 382 of IPC.
2. It is submitted that no incident whatsoever alleged in the FIR has taken place, however, on account of some confusion and communication gap, the FIR was lodged by the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the instant petition, complainant as well as accused-petitioners have entered into a compromise, which has been placed on record along with Application No.1/2023. As per
[2025:RJ-JP:45088] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-6745/2019] the compromise, the alleged dispute has been settled amicably by the parties and, thereafter, the complainant does not intend to prosecute the petitioners further pursuant to aforesaid FIR No.42/2018.
