Case No. 10 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 67 of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of Shree Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have posted nude photograph of the Informant on Facebook. 4. Mr. Hemant Kumar Shikarwar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the photograph of the Informant posted on Facebook was not a nude photograph. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2024. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shree Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Cyber Crime P.S.
