That in the top noted petition, petitioner has in a case The petitioner has filed the petition for Quash the Interim Maintenance and arrears attachment of property. But the petitioner and respondent both parties Settlement/ Compromise in this dated 16.12.2024. In Cr.Misc.No.36/2020 and Crl.Misc.No.140/2021 all are cases closed the Principal Judge Family Court Ballari. the petitioner intents to withdraw the petition. Hence the top noted petition may kindly be disposed of as withdrawn, to meet ends of justice.”
