By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for its kind perusal. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order impugned dated 23.08.2023 passed by the Respondent No. 3. (ANNEXURE P-1) and letter dated 25.05.2023 passed by the respondent no. 3 (ANNEXURE P-10). 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities particularly the respondent no. 3 to pay the remaining outstanding of the medical claim Le Rs 1,59,430.53/- considering the applicable rule known as Chhattisgarh Police service (special medical service) rules 2009' and the memo dated 03.12.2019 3 issued by the Respondent no. 5 (Annexure P-8) including the letter/memo dated 17.03.2023 (Annexure P-9) issued by the office of Respondent no. 6 along with interest @ 18% p.a. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as if may deem fit and appropriate. 10.5 Cost of the petition may also be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. No objection from other side. 4.
