Challenging the action taken by the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the present writ petition was preferred. Due to efficacious alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 19572 of 2009 is dismissed. No order as to costs.
