The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide Revision No. 289/2022, 2022530955000031 (Hajoor Singh and Beyant Singh and 325 others) and revision No. 285 of 2022, computer case No. 2022530955000031 (Gurudeo Singh Vs. Tejpratap and 235 others) revision No. 345 of 2022 computer case No. 202254095500001265 (Gurubhej Vs. Consolidation Committee and others) Revision No. 265 of 2022 computer case No. 2022530955000016 (Amrish Kumar and others Vs. Beyant Kaur and 235 others) pending before respondent no.2 under Section 48 (1) of the U.P.C.H. Act, 1953 in respect to Village Alampur Pargana Bhumma Sambhalheda Tehsil Jansath District Muzaffarnagar expeditiously." 3. This Court vide order dated 23.4.2025 directed the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents to obtain instruction in the matter. 4. In compliance of the order of this Court, Mr. Om Anand, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents placed the instruction before the Court which is taken on record. He submitted that revisions shall be decided in accordance with law. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Muzaffarnagar to decide the aforementioned revisions within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
