In the said report dated 13.08.2025, it has been mentioned that the sole appellant of the present appeal, namely, Bagedan Ram @ Chandradhar Ram, has died. 2. We do not find any reason to doubt the aforesaid factum of death of the sole appellant, hence the aforesaid appeal, bearing Criminal Appeal (DB) No.567 of 2001, stands abated. 3.
