At the very outset learned Advocate General produced a document issued by the Under Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, dated 2 / 2 07/01/2025 and contended that two members have already been appointed by the concerned department, however, the post of Chairman is still vacant. He further contended that the members of the Rent Control Authority have power to hear the matters in interlocutory applications and decide the same in accordance with law. 2. In view of the submissions made by learned Advocate General, the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file the appeal before the Rent Control Authority along with the application for stay. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 5.
