At the very outset, learned AGA for the State has pointed out that in the instant case, an application under Section 175(3) of B.N.S.S. has already been decided vide order dated 15.07.2025 and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid fact but has submitted that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage. 4. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
