(under section 482 of Cr.P.C), praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed i support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by the Hon'ble Court in Criminal Petition No 176 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 by directing the petitioners is filed in to appear before the Station House Officer, Kovvur Rural PS weekly once from 10 AM to 5 PM till the time of filing of chargesheet instead of appearing before the Station House Officer, Kovvur Rural PS, everyday between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM till filing of the charge sheet. Pending disposal of CRLP 176 of 2025, on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated: 10.01.2025 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri DUGGIRALA SUBASH, Advocate for the Petitioners and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent and the Court made the following: ORDER; Heard both sides. Perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has not disputed the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.176 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025, i.e., the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned everyday between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed.
