This writ petition has been filed under article 227 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking for the following relief : 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Learned Trial Court to expedite the Trial and further direct to the Learned Trial Court to decide the divorce case within four months. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given. 2. Therefore, a prayer is made for disposal of the case within a time bound period. 3. This Court is not inclined to exceed to the prayer made by the learned Senior Advocate. However, looking to the pendency since year - 2020, it is expected that the learned Family Court would expedite the trial and would make all endevour to decide the same expeditiously subject to cooperation of the parties. 4.
