By way of this petition, petitioner sought following relief(s) : “10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the letter dated 01.07.2025 issued by the respondent no.2 (Annexure P/1) being illegal, arbitrary and against the settled principles of law. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide the certified copy of documents as demanded by the petitioner in relation to appeal case no. 28/2024 decided on 11.12.2024 within stipulated time. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is bus operator and plying his buses on the strength of permit granted by the state authorities from time to time. That, the petitioner was one of the objector in the proceedings initiated by one Bharat Singh Rajput and the said Bharat Singh Rajput filed an appeal before the State Transport Authority which was registered as appeal case no. 28/2024. That, it is further submitted that in the above case the petitioner has also filed caveat before the State Transport Authority and therefore notice was issued to the petitioner for appearance and due to some personal difficulty he could not caused his appearance in the aforesaid matter and matter has finally decided on 3 11.12.2024. Thereafter the petitioner has applied for obtaining certified copy of documents of entire records in relation to above case on 23.12.2024 after depositing prescribed fees before the respondent no.3. It is further submitted that the petitioner has made several efforts and submitted various representation regarding providing certified copy of documents but instead of supplying documents the application has been rejected as per letter dated 01.07.2025 on the ground that the documents are confidential and therefore same cannot be provided despite the fact that the case has already been decided and petitioner was one of the party to proceedings, hence, this petition. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage considering the submission made by counsel for the State that the concerned authority is ready to provide certified 4 copy as required by the petitioner in Case No.28/2024 decided on 28.11.2024 (Annexure P-2) within ‘30 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
